Hiking for Dummies

So, I, the english major that no longer wants to be an english major, have to write several stories for my creative writing class. Ugh.
This one is based on a true account of hiking gone wrong a couple weeks ago. It has now become my favorite story to tell people. I decided to turn it into my english assignment and I turned it in to the class, and got the peer reviews, and now I'm expected to pick it apart and edit it. But I would still like more reviews or input..Preferably from people who arent in my class haha. Since I've been seeing people post their fiction works on here, I thought I'd give it a go. If anyone feels like reading a short story that doesnt look that short, give it a go. If not, I completely understand. And like I said, if it's in the wrong category, I aplogize in advance!
