Horse Forum Study Group.

So, students - in all forms. What are you studying right now?

Me, I'm studying for my Math test which is on Tuesday! It's really a great way to spend my Friday night. Then - once I've done that, I have a bit more research to do on my Studies of Social Science and Environments assignment before I get to go to bed!

Oh, and some drama lines to go through.

Currently studying for the Equine lower limb dissection that I have this afternoon - need to know all the structures in the limb, what they do and where they are. I'm quite looking forward to it really, I think it's going to be really interesting

I also have a phase test on the Equine cardiovascular system this afternoon, which isn't going to be so fun, I fear -_- So I should probably be revising for that too...

Not doing any exciting classes yet, so just finishing up my final essay (10 pages) for Monday, Studying for a Psych Final, and getting a BUNCH of accumulated homework for Business done before it's all due. At least this quarter's almost done

Im studying a couple things....
The physics and aerodynamics of vane construction and design, and theories of enhancing steerage through position and application of offset and or helical, and their effects on arrow flight.
The other is tuning a dual cam compound bow for optimal performance through alteration of string length, cable length, string & cable twist, and limb harmonics.
Basically, I am designing a new line of arrow vanes for 2013, and helping my string maker build better strings for a couple of the new 2012 hotrod bows that just came on the market last month that he is having trouble making strings for.
And, im also doing some testing for a bow manufacturer on a new cam design that's supposed to be smoother drawing, and substantially faster than most other bows on the market.
If his claims are accurate, he will raise the speed limit of production bows for next season by a big margin....might break the 400fps mark if the strings hold together!

At the moment, I'm writing a proposal for a short story for Creative Writing II, working on a 500 word discussion forum response about Stanislavski's method for Introduction To Social Sciences, a 500 word discussion forum response on some quote for Popular Genres and a work book on grammar exercises for Media Writing. And that's just the work on assignments! I'm doing creative writing exercises for CWII, readings for every class and a few grammar/punctuation exercises for media writing. I'm studying journalism at Central Queensland University.
