After paying cash and not financing anything I went to buy my daughter car for graduation.
I was encouraged to finance the car and applied for the car loan.
I was denied and suggested that I get a cosigner.
I did not have bad credit I had no credit.
The credit cards I have are payed off every month.
I payed cash.
I own several rental properties and have stocks and IRA accounts.
I could have gone to my credit union but i did save money on the interest.
I do see how keeping a balance on a credit card or taking out a loan to establish credit is important, Shalom

Okay, Okay....I can't take it anymore!!!! I have to come clean! Whilst patting myself on the back for being so great at money management and never buying something I do not need...I walked into my tack shed!!!

There is just as much horse sense as ever, but the horses have most of it.

Just bought a trailer - working a minimum of 20 hours of overtime each week for 10 weeks to pay for it. As soon as the trailer is paid off I'll start the cycle again to save enough money for a new (well, new to me) truck.
