I wish going to the movies was only $5!! Its $12 here, plus $4 for a slushie (gotta have a slushie!) and 5.50 for a popcorn.
    Man... AMC is a ripoff...

OMG NO WAY!!! Popcorn for us is like 3 dollers if you get it with a drink.....drink and popcorn 3 dollers or something

My boyfriend and I saw I am legend on our anniversary. There were quite a few parts where I had to hold back the tears. I happened to love this movie, because as scary as it may be, something like that is possible. Not to the full extreme, but it is possible. I loved the fact that they didn't tell you what happened with his family. I liked the whole flashbacks. It sort of kept you in check and WHY dr. Neval stayed in NYC to find a cure. He was doing it for his family. That was a very touching movie if you really think about it. NYC that has about 9 million all of a sudden went down to one. His only companions was his dog samantha and the manikins he set up around the city.

The ending was the perfect ending to it. It didn't leave it open for a sequel, as the main character had died.

All because there was a single community, doesn't mean that they didn't know what to do to get a cure. Remember it didn't take place in 2007 or 2008, so everything had advanced by then.

Overall, I'd see that movie a thousand more times.

I had NO idea that was essentially a zombie movie. If I had known, I never would have gone to see it. I ended up really liking it though. I probably did cry at parts (I am a sap like that) - probably with what happened to Sam. I also freaked out a few times! I loved that you didn't see what the threat what until almost half way through the movie, and how you got the story in pieces. Will Smith was Awesome - that movie was essentially a monologue.

I thought it was very good.

I can't tell you how many times I jumped out of my seat!

Will Smith is an awesome actor. Has anyone seen The road to Happiness? Not sure if that's the title, but its where he basically loses everything.

My brother read the book I am Legend, and he said it is totally different than the movie. Its interesting how if the book was before the movie, its almost always completely different.
