Due to work schedules the meeting never happened. And here is the result.

My boyfriend had surgery earlier this week. He is bedridden. Not to get up except to relieve himself(not that he wants to because of the pain). The night we got home after surgery that morning, I get him all settled in and they got home. The male knocks on the door. I go out and calmly and say "Hey. He's been in the hospital and is very sick and can't come talk to you. He will in a few days when he is better." His response was "F*** you, b****. I want my money." His phone is on my boyfriend's plan, and he paid a small part of his bill. Well, if you don't pay your bills in full, guess what? They shut off your phone. The male doesn't understand that and came in demanding his money back. Wound up screaming at me, insulting me and threatening me, also threatening to call the cops if we don't give him his money(I was tempting to ask him how he was going to do that without a working phone but I kept that to myself). He also screamed we never do the dishes(I do ours after every meal, but stopped doing theirs about three weeks ago), and we never take out the trash(have done so five times when I clean my animals), and we eat all their food that their hard earned foodstamps bought. I laughed in his face at the last comment and said "No. I work 40 hours a week and buy all our food." At that point, seeing as I could rebuff everything he had said he ordered his girlfriend to pack their f****** bags, and they were leaving. At this point my boyfriend had drug himself out of bed and came out and put him in his place.

All is well, except the four bags of trash in the kitchen that they refuse to take out. When my shopping bag is full of mine, I'll take it out. They are still feeling hostile, and my boyfriend and I have already covered our bases with the leasing office. Hopefully by January we will be free of them.

Good luck to you-It can be a long time to January! Hope BF feels better soon. If trash is bagged up, better to get it out of your living space, who needs the clutter? Hope your living situation smooths out for you.

Maybe place the bags of garbage in their rooms? It is theirs after all.
