I need more coffee to start my day.

So I was backing my car out of the garage this morning, half asleep and juggling my coffee and trying to point my car towards the barn so I could stop by and feed on my way out, and noticed something crossing the drive in front of me. I swear, the first thing that came to mind was 'well, look at that, a chubby off-colored deer with a halter on ...". After choking on my coffee, I jammed on the brakes and stepped out of the car to investigate further. Here is who I found....

LOL! Wish I had a better picture! As soon as I stepped out of my car he wandered over to me and I stuck him in the barn. Turns out his name is Eeyore, and he is the neighbor's daughter's donkey.
Last month I woke up to another neighbors mules on my front porch (that will make you do a double take, let me tell ya)
It would seem my place is becoming a stopping point for wayward equines..

And love like crazy"
