I put my resume up on monster, as well as my school's job hunting forum, but it's been a bust so far. They only people who've contacted me have been insurance companies. Totally outside my field of study. But I'm just going to keep harassing people until I find something
I think my interview west pretty well. They said they'd let me know something by the end of the week, so fingers crossed. The problem with this one is they don't offer any benefits because they're a super small company. So I'd be on my own for heath insurance and stuff.

I'm the financial/marketing/office manager for my dad's small business right now. The pay isn't great and I detest the actual work, but it's something right? *sigh* I'm so depressed about this right now.....
It seems like everyone I talk to who's graduated recently is stuck with a job that they didn't go to school for. My brother and his fiance are both working in retail stores right now. I hope the job market picks up soon.

Me too... I get a lot of **** from some friends/boyfriend about working a low paying job that I didn't go to school for. Of course, none of them have looked for a job in years. They're either totally secure or semi unemployed and not caring.

Blah. At least I have my horse right?

Exactly! That's the biggest motivation for me. Get a job so I can get a pony!
