    if your wondering why???

    I like my neighbour...never see the guy unless he is toying around with some thing over there .....well last week he was driving around his perimiter of the property (thought nothing of it)...came home a few nights ago dead tired from a long day of being out....crawled in to bed ....started drifting off to sleep .....oh how peaceful it was!!!! Off to lala land finally!!!!.......MOOOOOOOOOO MOOOOOOOOOO!!, thought it was that bad dairy barn dream again !!!
    I grabed a flash light and shawned it out the window only to find a black angus cow chewing cud 8 feet away from my open window!!!, been trying to go to sleep at a desent hour but each night is seem that one cow has it in for me!!! Or wants my bed.....
    So here I siste late at night wondering aroung just because a stupid wont let me sleep,,,,hmmm this is were the bow might come in handy that my husband bought me a few months ago!!!!..all jking aside

    I feel your pain. The calf hutches are about 10 feet from my bedroom windows. Arrrgh! They start hollaring for their milk about 4:00 am ....

    I hope ya called your neighbor and told him his steaks were at your house.

    ....i love cows.... You know what makes me mad? The freaking rooster... I don't even know who owns him, or where he lives... But I can here the littel booger! HE FREAKING CROWS BEFORE THE FARMER FEEDS HIS COWS! I go to work before he feeds his cows! WHERE IS THE FAIRNESS IN THAT????

    I like moo cows... You should scoot over and make room for him in your bed... he wants to go night-night too...

    Lol...we had george the senile rooster next for about 2 years, that thing would crow from about 10 a.m to about mid night....haven't herd him this year so I think he cmae to a untimley death

    We have had chickens for a little over a year now. We have also had 3 roosters.....they......um.......weeellll....they had an untimely death.



    They were flogging our 4yo son....

    Good news for us is that we found out that a rooster wasn't necessary for egg production....good news for us...not the roosters!
