So i'm always tired! I get about 8 hours of good sleep a night but all day I find myself unable to focus and can't even keep my eyes open. This past week i've had to take a 1-3 hour nap everyday after school just to keep myself going and even after that im tired again in about 2 hours!
Whats wrong with me?
Aqua, I've always had this problem.
I know for a fact I am anemicbut vitamins don't really help the sleepiness.
Some other contributing factors might be:
Not drinking enough water
Chronic Fatigue Syndrom
If you are worried about it I would get to the doctor. I just roll with it when I'm tired... take a nap when I'm not busy, or stay busy when I have things to do.
