I'm, happy, sad, frustrated.....

Ok so I'm happy because I have a GREAT job doing what I LOVE, riding horses and being around horses. I'm so thankful for this job! God has blessed me with good people to work for and great horses to work with!

I'm sad and frustrated though because I was supposed to be going to Pennsylvania for school in Sept. BUT sadly today I have to tell them that I wont be able to go this year and have to wait until NEXT year to go....a whole year from now But yet I'm kind of happy that Im not going this year because I have the possibillity to go to Texas and be an intern for the McQuay Stables (where Hollywood Dun It lived). So I still have good opportunities for this year but I'm not sure what I'm doing now and its frustrating me.

Sorry that probably makes no sense but I needed to vent my frustration. Thanks for listening/reading

Why do you have to wait?. The college I'm looking at is in PA, it's Delaware Valley college. DELAWARE VALLEY COLLEGE

It has a great equine and large animal program.

I dont have the funds to go this year and since the school I'm planning/hoping to go to is not an acredited (sp?) school and doesnt give a degree like, DVC (the college you mentioned) would. They just give a certificate.

I'm sorry. I hope I can get alot of financial aid, otherwise I won't be able to go to college.

Try www.HorseCoursesOnline.com, you can get certified online.

What are you planning to attend college for?

so sorry to hear you will not be going to Pa.

Have you thought of the program at Al-Marah Arabians.
it is Tucson Az. which is close to home for you.

I will try to find the link for you here it is

Al-Marah Arabian Horses | Apprentice Program

and they pay you for work outside of the classes you do there at
the farm/ ranch.
