iMovie Effect Help?

Ok, well I don't exactly know if this is possible, but is there a way to change the color of one moving object in iMovie? Say I have a horse that is white, but I want to change it to black? Or hair that is blond, and change it to brown? I have iMovie 09 and I can't really find anything on Google. Also, does anyone know how to make a green screen or blue screen without going out and buying anything? This would help so much!
