^^This is supposed to be my driveway, this picture was taken off my screened in porch...UGH.

^^This is off of my back porch, the water is completely covering a gravel drive.

^^This is my back yard, you can see the gravel drive off to the left and the water continues out into our smaller horse pen. It has washed out a boogie board from under the porch and has moved the empty feed tubs in the pen.

^^ This is a small natural spring that runs down the hill in our front pasture, normall it's barely trickeling and takes a sharp left turn and dribbles on down into the creek bed. Today it is just GUSHING and hopped the fenceline and is flooding into my yard!!!! We just fixed our driveway from the spring rains we had this year...Now the water is coming towards the house.

^^This is the view looking back towards the house. My A/C unit is sitting on a little island and we're getting completely swamped here. I don't think it's enough to get into the house....RAIN RAIN GO AWAY!!!!

Aww hope that the flood won't at least turn worse

What kind of weather you should have now?

We should be colder...like in the lower 40's and dodging the snow!!! Thankfully we haven't had any rain for a while so the ground is sucking up a lot of the rain. I appreciate the anti-rain dance Spastic, get it on video!!! I'd love to see it!!!!

The flooding has gone down quite a bit since I took those pictures about an hour ago. It's still raining but not nearly as hard...Hopefully the worst of it has passed and we just have to deal with the back side of the storm now.

Thankfully, we don't have a basement, just a crawl space. You can't see in these pictures but the water was right up next to the lip of the crawl space, another inch and we would have been trying to dry that out.

The storm has all but passed up now and the water has receded dramatically.

The Good Lord was watching out for us yet again!!! No damage to report from this round!!!!!

That is some crazy weather. Over the years, we seemed to have gotten more and more floods here. Last year they had to evacuate over 100 people and close off a bridge. I should pull up some photos when I get home. Some scary stuff :?

Glad to hear your house didn't flood. Our house ended up having about 12 inches of water in the basement:?:? Luckily we no longer live there:lol:

I will try to load some photos this afternoon.

I'm not fussin. We made out with no water to pump and only minimal damage to our gravel driveway. Nothing that a good rakeing won't fix anyways.
