    No offense taken here -- *you* didn't put the porcupine in the cage, but I thought it was important to point out what was really going on with him. Far more important is that you went somewhere with your son and love him!

    I agree, northernmama... that was my first thought too :( it would be cute if it was out in the wild. And your son is super cute, Moxie! I didn't want to say anything less I upset anyone...

    LOL I have finals in a couple of weeks, you can borrow him then. BTW, he LOVES horses. He says to me the other day "Mommy, me WUV riding horses" I love how he says WUV.. lol

    We went to a free zoo located near my home in SE Minnesota. Over all, for it being a free zoo, it's a nice little place. They have some nice animals there that are more common in our area, and I know they do their best to try and make the animals there comfortable. That day was really nice, we got a good view of a lot of the animals, we even got to see a black bear eating a melon. My son WUV'D it. Lol
