Just need to rant

Sorry guys this is just a rant, but I really need to blow off steam. My sister and I have been trying to set up English ridding lessons for about six months now to no avail. We finally got the phone number of someone who is affordable and close to us. It seemed to be a good fit so my sister gave her a call. We didn't hear back for a few days so, assuming that this woman had been busy, my sister called again. We got a call back tonight and set up a lesson for Sunday. We were both so excited, until we got a call a few minutes later from someone saying that the call we had just received to set up our lesson was a prank call. Apparently we had the wrong phone number and instead of just saying that this person decided to call us back and mess with us. It just drives me crazy how senselessly mean people can be sometimes. Anyway I figured ranting about it here would be a better use of my time than calling back that girl and telling her what I think of her. Thanks for reading.

Does the barn you're trying to reach have a website? Do you know anyone who rides there? People can suck so much at times...

Jinx they do have a website but the trainer only has her phone number listed. I don't know anyone who rides there unfortunately.

What's the website? It might be possible to do a "whois" on the website to see who owns it, and often times it will provide an email address.

If it's not to far away maybe you could pop in? Some people might not appreciate it but explain to her that the number you had wasn't working. At the end of the day she'll be happy with the new client so shouldn't mind.

Hope you get sorted, and yes, people do suck.

Stop for a minute, open your mind, learn. You may not agree with what I say, I may not agree with what you say but we will both learn something new.

Looks like their email address is private, but I did find a phone number for "Franklin Canyon Stables" where she's based out of. I'm sure they would be able to put you in touch with her:

925 228 1801

Have you tried that number?

I can help you out. I ride with Kim. Kim Bredehoft is her name. Her phone number is 925-876-8269. She's at a show today, so she may not immediately respond. She does not have an email that she checks.

The phone number on the website is correct. I'm not sure why you got a crank call back from that number, unless you dialed the wrong one. It's also possible that you didn't get a hold of Kim and one of the kids she trains. Young teenagers can be a little bratty sometimes.

Hey cool, yeah I called her and we set something up. We initially dialed the wrong number.
