I slice it on a Nesco meat slicer. It's sadly under powered and needs to have a larger table. Bit ill use it till it gives up.

and we have bacon! It's good. Very good. But, there is more shrinkage with the brine cure. Flavors good, texture and color good, effort vs dry cure not good. From now on I'll only dry cure. It's faster, easier, and the results are as good possibly better then the brine. Well that was fun huh?
