Meat and Milk from CLONED ANIMALS....

The FDA has now decided that it sees no safety problems with eating milk and meat from cloned animals. This means that milk and meat from cloned animals can be appear in supermarkets, without any labeling, even though a majority of clones have birth defects, deformities and weakened immune systems.

There's a bill in Congress to require labeling. I just asked my members of Congress to co-sponsor it and I hope you will join me. Labeling is a common sense way to let us all decide what kind of food we want on our family's table.

I think its not really a problem in my opinion. Shouldn't it just be the same as the regular meat and milk? I'm pretty sure if it was unsafe they wouldn't do it in the first place....

Hmmm not sure.....i just find it unnatural I guess. That whole post was from someone else on myspace and I found it interesting, kind of weird I guess....im not quite sure why, but it bothers me.

I don't think I would be eating anything from cloned animals.. what if something went wrong with it, and they had some kind of disease.. (I watched I am Legend last night, so its fresh in my head =P). I would definitely want labels on it, we have a right to know what we are putting into our bodies.

Yea well the only reason why I don't mind that much is because my brother had explained it all to me and I kinda understood what he was talking about. I would explain it but its hard to explain >.< well basically its safe according to him. I'm not even sure though and my dad even said it was safe but I guess you can't always believe what some people tell you lol. Well I trust them to know this stuff so that's why but yea maybe if someone tells me otherwise I might change my mind.
