Maybe the op should try a spin on that sort of restaurant, have a healthy menu place, where the over 400 pound people can eat free, give them a chance to try some healthier options....

That's the crux of the problem with the whole weight thing, you have to eat to live! It's not like a behavior you can just stop and say I'm just never doing this again.

The eat-for-free healthy restaurant is a great idea! Maybe a members only kind of arrangement where everyone there can motivate each other to get into better shape, and give encouragement during any rough spots.

We should probably be feeding starving people for free first...

Not to trivialize, but honestly Duren, apart from the logistics of getting food where it is needed, the answer should be simple. The developed world must throw away enough food each day to feed the starving, what with that waste, and the wasted food eaten by people like me who don't need it, there is enough to go around,

Riiiight. My point was, if we're hypothetically setting up restaurants where people eat for free, they shouldnt be geared for overweight people.
