I would say ask your friends what they think about you and that is what you are.
I have had experience in doing presentations on myself and the best resource I got were my friends at the time. They are the best judge. Like for example, one of the friend said "Jay earns money and spend it all on his girl friends". Though the statement might sound bit awkward however it was true at the time.
Additionally one friend said "Jay does not study, he only prays and pass the exams". Again the statement is bit strange however it is true, I never studied in University life, though passed with great marks.
Similar things can be found from your friends and that is what you are. You just take those things out which are relevent and which you think would not embarace you infront of the class.
I'd start with small question answer on the paper.
1: What do you think of me as a friend?
2: Do you remember how we met and where we met?
3: What is the best thing you like in me as a friend?
4: What is the worst thing you like in me as a friend?
5: What made you become my friend?
If something's HARD to do, then its NOT worth doing!
