which movie is this?? :)

Hello everyone!

Didn't know where to put this topic... sorry.

I'm having trouble remembering the name of a horse movie. My problem is that I saw it 10-15 years ago, so I only remember short pieces of the movie. Please read the following if you're into horse movies, and let me know if you recognize any of it!

The main characters are a middle-aged/grey-haired man and a blond girl (I think).
The man is really good with horses, he really connects with them.. and the movie makes a big point out of the fact that he can make them "dance". I think it's called "Freestyle" (don't know anything about horses really so..).
This man teaches the girl how to make this one horse "dance". I think the horse is white/grey..
..then there are several competitions that this girl attends with the horse. I think the final competition at least is a mixture of cross country and freestyle...and it's a national competition in the U.S. I think...

Does anyone have a clue?? Sorry for my bad English... but I'm desperate!! I LOVED THIS MOVIE WHEN I WAS A KID!!!

Sylvester!! It's about a ranch girl who gets this crazy white horse who has a talent for jumping and she decides to compete in some huge eventing show... she gets the help of some cranky old guy who turns out to know quite a bit (and was friends with her dead mom or something?) There's a scene where the girl watches him ride Sylvester late at night doing some incredible dressage and thinks he's 'dancing' with her horse. It's a great feel good movie!

THANK you SO MUCH GUYS!!!!! :) :) :)

This just made my day!!! :)

And thanx for posting the link to youtube! I didn't recognise the movie at first, but I knew it HAD to be the right one when I got goosebumps - probably because my subconscience recognised the music (soundtrack)... :) :) and then I remembered the scene where she falls into the water :o)

I saw a horse movie called 'Flicka' some weeks ago and I recommend it!

Sieltä ituisia perunoita aina vaan saan"
