My daughter is Royalty

Time to brag!!! My daughter was crowned Sweetheart Queen of her 6th grade class. **I'm so proud of her** If we were pagent type people we would have expected it, but last year she was crowned fall festival queen and we really thought someone else would take honors this year. She was humble and surprised. Her school had all the classes of the 6th and 7th grade nominate couples and she won over the other 3 nominees.

They had this ceremony then kicked all the parents out of the gym and had an hour and a half long dance on Feb 13th. It was a smashing success and all the kids had a GREAT time.

Sorry for the less than great picture, I have better ones but when I try to black out the other kid's faces...the picture loads ity bity sized.

What fun!!!! Your girl is going to break some boys hearts when she gets older :)

My buddy and I were just talking about how some kids are so grounded and have values while others simply don't. It's all in the parenting and it sure shows.
