My Early Christmas Present

Isn't exactly a present...

I was expecting a baby boy in January, instead he came 5 weeks early. After spending 4 days at the hospital we came home today. He was a good size being a preemie and after his lungs began working good he kept improving. So introducing my new little boy, Alec.

Daddy's pretty proud he accomplished feeding him

The best kind of present congrats

Never judge a book by their cover, also never judge a pony by their height. They tend to be big personalities in little packages.

Wow...he looks great for 5 weeks early! Maybe they estimated your due date too far? Congratulations, he's adorable!

Nope he's just big lol. He always measured right where he was supposed to, he weighed right at 6lbs.

He had breathing problems the first few days because his lungs weren't developed enough yet. But I had been given steroid shots 2 weeks ago because I started to have labor signs then but it was stopped.
