It is probably just a simple innocent request.
However there is a time when all men need to understand that the way they interact with girls and women may have consequences.
In the jostling and movements of the person being tickeled and the tickler ones hand may touch a private area.
This can lead to suspicion and accusations.
Things no male needs in their lives especially one as young a the OP.

I kinda have to agree here, you are an older MALE relative...she may have a little crush on you and that is how she is expressing it.

DimSum I was going to say that about the crush, but I didn't want people to get the wrong idea. But I want to say it is perfectly normal. Your a male relative she is probably close to and really cares about, she may have a crush on you, and doesn't really understand the fact that she does. That's normal she just has to learn that there are boundaries. And for me that tickling would be one of them. I love my male cousins. And I have been accused of something similar because we were home alone playing rockband. I love those boys to death! But certainly not in that way.

It could also be that she thinks of it as brotherly love, I know my brother tickles me, (and I HATE it!!!) but he's also 15 and I am 19.

Once the accusation has been voiced it is very hard to erase.
Remember that.
It might not even be her but someone who has witnessed it.
Tickling is very close contact.
That in itself is enough to arouse suspicion.
There are many ways to interact with your cousin that do not involve such close contact. Shalom

Were are close, and I know she cares alot about me, I care alot about her too! If needed I could talk to her about it. I love her alot too, and in the way she's family and all. And I don't know she could think of it that way, her brother AKA my nephew is a year older than me haha and yeah siblings don't always get long great so for all I know I could be like a brother to her or something.

I would not make a big deal about it next time you see her, or there will always be this barrier between you. Just laugh it off and so, ok, I'll tickle your feet. Tickle the bottom of her feet, if she askes for more, change the subject and say you really want to go watch TV or play video games or go down and get a burger or somethign else to deflect this. She'll hopefully get the message with out any confrontation.
