My other Family Members

Throughout my life I've been surrounded by dogs, mostly mutts from the shelter. My favorites were, and always will be Mals and Dobermans. Now I have Kohan, Lexi and my newest member Falon. All three came from a rescue group and are the most loving dogs. They don't seem to care if a new dog approaches or if a kid is pouncing on them. Kohan is the curious looking male with the dog with the blue bone dog tag on. Lexi is the lighter tan female who just got done running through a field while following me on a trail ride. Falon is the senior citizen at the age of twelve. Then there is Salvador my rescued twenty-four year old Macaw who hates the site of a camera.

The first dog I ever had that was mine (vs family dog) was a dobie. I bought her w my own money (I was about 12). They are indeed wonderful, wonderful dogs.

There is just as much horse sense as ever, but the horses have most of it.

If asked which Dobie has been my favorite out of all the ones I owned I'd say all of them. Even though one was aggressive after being abused...

Of my three dogs my Dobie, 10 months old, is the most level headed.
