Hmmmm here are a few of the male pup names I liked when I was still puppy shopping.
Argos
Atticus
Dewey
Gromi
Juno
Annndd Lucian.

Such an adorable puppy!

I never name anything new for some time. I wait until their character comes out. Odds are that it will come to 'pup' until you do decide on a name.
My last Border Collie was 9 months when I got her and waited for another month before the name Seal came to me. Reason was that she would lie down and drag herself along the ground like a seal.

My GSD I also had for a month before she ended with the name Bria.

I would just wait until something tells you what he should be called.

Foxhunter, that is what I already do, but I'm hopeless at having a name pop brilliantly into my head, so always arm myself with a list of a lot of names until one of them 'clicks' ;)

Oscar is cute but my parents have an alpaca called Oscar, they'd be quite distressed if I named an enormous slobbering dog after their pride and joy haha

The name Muggles came to me as soon as his picture popped up. I'm thinking it's because of that too cute face.

Chevallo. George Chevallo was a great boxer years ago, couldn't knock him down. Held a world title. Neck on him like a bull, like your puppy. How about Tyson?
