For most of my life, I have had pretty bad sleeping problems, mostly to the tune of waking up every hour or more, and always having terribly busy or frightening dreams. As of late, I have been having problems falling asleep at all, and find myself up until 7a or beyond. Currently not employed, so it is not really affecting my schedule other than sleeping in late, and thus feeling like a lazy lump of dirt all day.
I have recently tried Valerian and Gaba, as well as trying to put my fancy new iPhone away a good few hours before I intend to sleep. I have not been exercising like I used to (5 to 6 days a week of heavy workout), as I am cross country and my complicated situation does not allow for that.
So, does anyone have any tips? I have not tried Melatonin but I may try.
