need ideas!

I am in grade 12 and my English teacher has been reallly great this semester so I want to get him a little Christmas gift. Any ideas what I can get him? He's young-ish.. about 30 I'd say and a really hilarious guy.
He has been so helpful to me and stayed after class and taken his preps to help me and go over stuff with me so I want to get him something. He deserves it.

Maybe a gift card to a cool restaurant? Or one to a book store? Hmmmm that's a tough one!

Hyacinth or any other christmas flower

Do the teachers at your school sometimes purchase school supplies out of their own pockets? A gift certificate for a school supply store would be nice. Is he married A gift certificate for a meal, or a riding lesson for the teacher, his wife, or child might be nice.

Gift card for tim hortons or some thing...ya I wouldnt go for a bottle of wine. I don't think that is very appropriate for a student to be giving a teacher...
