New Towel Rant

Does anyone know how many times you have to wash new Bath Towels until all the little lint/towel crum no longer comes off.

Mom bought me new towels for school, and even after two washings, they are still leaving blue lint all over me when I dry off. It is so annoying!

I am washing them again tomorrow....

Umm, nope. Have you considered buying different brands of towels. It doesn't happen to the towel my family has...

If I remember right my towels stabilized after 1 or 2 washes.

I find the fluffier the towels the longer it takes. At least 5 washes for the "spa" quality towels I bought last year.

So true, but look at it this way. The more fluffier, the more money you spend, the longer it takes to wash out the fluffs, the longer your going to have it.

I wash towels with towels and nothing else.
