That's one of the crappy things. The realtor was like oh yeah its a nice place we've never had any problems. BS.

I've been finding a lot out on my own. Via people who know them and I know. Apparently the landlord didn't know about the other arguments before this one.

Lesson learned, always knock on doors and talk to a couple neighbors before signing. Even if they lie and say everything is peachy, usually just the look, and smell of the apartment can give you a feel for the place.

Lol agreed!

But:

Late night update: I just got done talking to one of the other tenets in my quad of apartments and he said the office manager called the crazies upstairs and told them they have to be out by Monday. We will see what happens though.

He was also there this evening when I was unloading the trailer outside. Freaked me out. So I left and went to my bfs work.
