Seriously, anybody out there do this?
I have the Ninja, LOL, and I love it for making hummus. I've been dieting and making veggie smoothies for years but am now getting serious!
For Breakfast and lunch I've been making these: A bit of bananna, carrots, lots of spinach and broccli, celery for fiber, an orange, and I mix tea in with mine. (kale, avocado, cauliflower, and apple ones when I can find fresh) Normal meal for dinner. I've been trying to eat healthy, but c'mon who loves loves raw veggies 24/7? Apparently if you chop them to mush and drink them you get more nutrients out of the contents, I believe it... And they taste better!
I need to lose at least 20 lbs before spring. Hopefully this will help?
