Omh this is driving me crazy, picture help

So my bf took a video today with his iphone. I tried uploading it to youtube first, and it would not upload. I then tried to email it to myself from his phone, and the video is too long. I tried to download transferbigfiles from the apple store, and it wouldnt connect. I then text the video to myself, and I was able to recieve it, but it transfered it from hd to a crappy version that is not fun to watch. I then took screenshots form the video, emailed them to myself, and saved them to my computer. When I go to view the file in pictures, they are just a blank white page, the picture doesnt actually show up. I tried changing it from png to bmp when I saved it, and they are still blank. ALL I WANT IS THE VIDEO AND SOME PICS, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR. And he wonders why iwont whitch to iturd. I literally want to flush his phone down the tiolet right now. I will never own an iphone, and I want to trash all the ones I see. Can anyone help with this or am I just up a creek without a paddle?

There's lots of youtube videos for how to upload a video from iphone to youtube. You can do it from itunes or directly from the phone.

Yeah I watched those lol. The options they all showed are not showing up on the phone. Trust me, I watched about 15 videos and none of them were able to help me. I'm doomed!

There is a "Send to YouTube" option, I've never had a problem using it. What's your connection like? And a lot of things work better on wifi. You can also try double-pressing the Home button and deleting all the apps running in the background, as well as a hard reset [press and hold Home and top button] until the apple appears. And if he doesn't shut his phone off very often, it'll start to tweak a bit.

Don't knock the iPhone, I've rarely had a problem with it. =P

When I use the send to YouTube option, it gets about halfway and then stops, then leaves a noti that it can't be sent. When he gets home from work ill attempt to clean his phone out a bit and see if that helps. I'm hoping this may be my ahha! Moment. He did mention that his as card was almost full, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Just transfer the video to iTunes on the computer and upload it that way. Some versions of IOS have problems with uploading.

I tried that and can't get iTunes to sync with the phone and pull it up.

Try reloading iTunes or try it on another computer?

You should be able to transfer large files if you're on wi-fi too.
