I used to have "snakebite" piercings. They were removed not long after I got back in to horses though. Having a horse rear and strike me in the face, nearly ripping one of them out in the process was enough to put me off, haha.

I love piercings, but having 12 tattoos is hard enough in the horse world to be taken seriously, honestly.
I enjoy body mods but like I said, in the horse industry you're constantly being judged if you look any out of the norm. Most people don't mind and look past it, but there are a few who just have nothing else to stare at but my arms covered in tattoos LOL

Quite awkward if you ask me.

I have my daith, tragus, cartilage and a single lobe on my right ear, my cartilage and 3 lobes on my left.

I did my first cartilage piercing myself going on 28 years ago, in college.

I had 7 in each ear, belly button, nose, tongue, and lip. Now I'm down to just my nose, tongue, and lip. I got tired of the ear piercings. They kept smelling funky and it hurt my head whenever I would lay on them. My belly button was pierced wrong (too shallow) and it ripped through shortly after getting it done and now I have a big scar where it was.
I have no plans to take out my nose or tongue ring but may let go of my lip ring for my wedding.
I also have 2 visible tattoos (and will be getting at least 4 more in the near future).

I have 2 pericings on my ear lobes, I plan on getting my cartilage done, and the this winter I'm getting my belly button done. I've also been thinking about piercing one of my ears like 8 times. I don't know why, something about all the sparkly earrings on one side I love it!
