Penfriends

Hi, so I'm looking for penfriends all over the world. I'm 14 years old girl. I come from Finland, and I own a Lettish warblood mare, named Oleandra (I call her Wilma). We go western with her, and we are looking for a new horse now. No matter what you like, or have youpets etc. I just want to write letters with people, who likes horses. I'm not that good at english, so try to understand. You can send me a message if you are interested in writiting letters with me.

Hi guys,

I think that the idea of making new penfriends is great, but I would advise you to do it through some kind of system that conceals your real contact information, such as the pm's here or elsewhere.

Unfortunately, sometimes you never know who you are communicating with and there are some people out there who don't have your best interests at heart. You can write back and forth via pm the same way you could via email, only your real email address will be concealed.

Once you get to you know your penfriend well enough, and you are confident about who the person you've been communicating with really is, you can always exchange email addresses and correspond that way.

I don't mean to scare anyone... we've all heard stories about safety and suggestions of precaution on the Internet. I just want to see members of the Horse Forum family be safe and happy! :)

Thanks,
Admin

l'll be a penfriend! Horses are my life and I love talking about them!!!
I live in Australia and it would be interesting to talk with people about how they do things with horses in other countires!
PM ME!!!!

Riding a horse is not a gentle hobby, to be picked up and laid down like a game of solitaire. It is a grand passion. It seizes a person whole and, once it has done so, he will have to accept that his life will be radically changed.
