Hmmm your ideas changes quite quick . Haha....

Anyhow, I did say the same thing over at Digital Camera thread, you can go for Corel Paintshop pro, or Jasc paintshop pro or even free one like Picasa which does some sort of editing.

I prefer Photofiltre (freeware). You can do basics and some extras with PF and for example I've done anything you listed with it.

You're welcome

I've done e.g. These pictures and my avatar with it (I also used a little Paint and the photoshop program which came with our camera but the main work have been done with Photofiltre):

Actually there should be a version which is free but still a normal program, no demo. Ofcourse it's more abridged than chargeable version but still good enough.

I've loaded my photofiltre a long time ago so I don't remember where I loaded it. I still used Google and find eg. This Downloads - PhotoFiltre 6.2.3 Freeware Software If that doesn't help you maybe you should ask Google

Wow! Amazing tool (Photos were amazingly edited). Though the first photo has a slight smudge on the horsey wings and second just scared me so I closed it .

I'll download it too and test it soon .

Thanks for your kind Sharing TaMMa

Try Gimp. It's freeware and does just about everything Photoshop does.
