Picnic Basket Ideas

The NHS Lunchbox Social is on April 10th. Basically what you do is make a lunchbox and someone from school has to bid on it. Whoever bids the highest gets to eat my lunch and have lunch with me. I'm really not looking forward to this, my school only has about 200 students, so a popularity contest is all it is.

I want to make my lunchbox really unique and different from everyone else. What themes could make that happen?

Fried Chicken and apple pie is hard to beat.

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best time is today.

Do they get to see the foods in the basket or just the theme decorations of the basket? I'm assuming you are decorating it when you mention theme.

The food that is inside is read off before they bid on the lunch.
