I haven't a baby but could you tell a little lie if this touching really irk you? I always prefer to be so honest as possible but sometimes It's ok to tell a little lie. If you want to be polite and don't want to hurt anyone you know.

Like your belly is tender to a tough or something?

Yup, my due date is Sunday, so now I'm getting the "Baby yet?" calls. LOL Umm, no, I'm withholding information so nobody can see the new baby. Or calls from people needing horses trimmed..."are you working yet? " LOL Sheesh...I'll be back when I can, but even though my Dr joked about me being able to squat in a rice pattie, birth, and carry on, I don't think I'll be wrestling horses THAT quick. Well, I'm not complaining about people wanting trims..just find that part amusing. When we get "what are you having?" I joke that I hope it's human. Though it IS nice at the feed store..they see me coming and start offering to help.

I just joke that they were lucky I'm moving slow these days or they would have pulled back a handless stump. LOL I'm not afraid to embarrass them by calling attention to it-they were rude enough to invade my space. I'm a little too honest most of the time, though. Like if my husband has something in his teeth..he hates my honesty then.

Oh geez...we moved to our new house in May...that was a pain enough at the beginning of the 3rd trimester.

I think I had the first Braxton-Hicks contraction last night...felt like my belly was on fire. Now I'm scared...

Ahh, nothing to be scared of. BH contractions are practice runs and getting your muscle in shape. Just remember it's a sign there's a light at the end of the tunnel now....you may not know exactly when, but in few weeks you will have your body back to yourself for the most part. At least. Able to see your feet and tie your shoes again. LOL

I was HUGE with our son. He was 9lbs, 6oz. And was a c-section. I couldn't stand it when people would come up and rub my belly. I just told them that its not a crystal ball, but, the future for your hand is uncertain. Then smile. They all backed away from the crazy prego lady!

The worst was at Pizza Hut. The dingbat waitress put us at a booth...I didin't fit! I was due in a week and my daughter got an award for reading and we were trying to redeem it. I was totally po'ed! I asked for a table and the waitress stated that she couldn't seat us there untill the booths were full. We walked out. Drove 25min to another Pizza Hut and I just told the waitress (an older gal this time) what had happened and she sat us at this huge booth with a table that could move, she was a doll. We even got free breadsticks!

Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Don't be afraid or discouraged by the size of the task, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you.

1 Chronicles 28:20
