It can be a felony to go against such an order..just not sure how the same employer plays a roll at all. thanks for the advice guys!

Also as She heard he be coming back to work same time she can not ask about him etc. Though I have managed to find out he will be working but on a different shift. So We are cool with that and our employer not going to be silly putting up in one shift lol. She will be contacting the court about some grey areas 2moro.
