Lucid dreaming is basically when you are aware you are dreaming and can control your dream.
What I'm looking at is if you can "train" yourself to lucid dream. Now to the reason I posted this on here is that I need volunteers to take part in the experiment along with me. I'm thinking 10 other people max.
So here's what you need to do:
1) Write an "A" on the palm of your hand - the "A" stands for awake
2) Throughout the day, look at the palm of your hand whenever you think about it - this is supposed to act as a reality check. Supposedly, as this becomes habit you will check your palm for the "A" within your dream and then realize you're dreaming. And then the fun ensues as you frolic throughout your dream world
3) When you wake up: As soon as you wake up and open your eyes, focus on something (I.e. An alarm clock -- this is supposed to help you remember your dream), second write down whether or not you had a dream, if it was lucid and any details.
4) Post on here everyday (if possible) whether or not you haddock a lucid dream (you don't have to post what it was about, that's just for yourself to help you remember whether or not you actually had a lucid dream, but you can post it if you'd like).
For seven days, write the A on your hand, check it throughout the day, and post whether or not your dream was lucid.
Tip: Don't listen to music while sleeping/to wake up, it can cause you to lose your grasp on the fact it was a dream. If you do listen to music, please post and say you did so.
So, anyone interested?
