Yep! The carrots and the locators are placed randomly by the computer throughout the site. It will be at the top of the page if you happen to run across one. Also, beware of the bandit! He will sometimes steal them from you once you get some! And every now and again another member has an opportunity to steal other members carrots one at a time. It's a fun game!
