I posted this a while back, seeking help for the best way to quit my job.

I never did quit. Until today. I am no longer employed there. I still felt as though I was suffering because of my lack of proper training and receiving a lot of disrespect and BS from my manager. My original plan was to walk there after school last Thursday and collect my outstanding pay, then hand over my two weeks notice, but I ended up staying after school for nerd club with some friends and by that time the manager was already gone. That meant I had to do it today. She was in the office so I went and asked for my pay and then handed over the letter and told her I was quitting. She asked when I was quitting and I misunderstood her and said 'Right now.' She turned and looked at me and told me not to put her as a reference on my resume because a good employee would give two weeks notice. I tried to explain to her that I was giving two weeks notice but she told me I was quitting today. She never read the letter. I left and called my dad to tell him what was going on. He told me to stay and finish my shift and he would come pick me up after, even though I was mad enough to just walk out because I'm probably not going to be paid for today anyway. Not that four hours is worth it -_-
At the end of my shift my manager told me not to lock up my try and give it to her. When I did she said bye to me in a really nice voice. I'm not sure if read my letter after I left the office and changed her mind. But if she expects me to show up for my next shift she can go where the sun doesn't shine.
On my pay check it says that I am owed $169 dollars worth of vacation pay. I didn't get that when I left. How long should I wait before I go back for it?
