Wow, I thought the same thing about myself. I read like crazy too, my mom used to have to remove all the books from my room, just so I could get homework done. My husband doesn't understand why I can't just read a couple of chapters then put the book down. I would go to the library two or three times a week, getting at least 5 books each time, and returning the previous books. I am always a little sad too when a book ends, especially if it's a series, and it drives me NUTS to start a series, not realizing that it's a new series, so I get to the end of the books published so far and have to wait months for the next one to come out. I read a prep novel for the SAT's when I was in middle school, I've always loved reading, was reading way beyond my school level, so of course the school required reading books were boring and easy, and I loved getting into British Lit in high school. Shakespeare, Beowulf, which we had to read in Old English and I loved it, drove everyone else nuts, Emily Bronte, and others. You are definitely not alone, and its so nice to know that I'm not the only one! What are some of your favorite books? I always love getting recommendations especially from genres I wouldn't normally look into.
