Rogue Alfalfa

Alfalfa is growing wild in my yard in suburbia. Seeds fell from the bird feeder. How do I get rid of it? Thanks!

It is hard to get rid of once established. Its roots grow to China...most effective way - pick it out individually by the roots like a weed.

There is just as much horse sense as ever, but the horses have most of it.
