Self-Injury

To anyone here who has struggled with cutting and overcome it- any help?

It's been more than a year for me, but just tonight when I went to cut the twine on that hay bale... boy was I tempted!

I just want to talk to someone.
You can pm me.

***And to anyone considering starting... DON'T. Trust me, no matter what you're going through, it's not worth it in the end.

There's an IRC channel for people who self harm, it's well moderated and there are lots of people who are compassionate / understanding about what you're going through. I've been going there off and on for many years, spent far too many nights there struggling with life in general... but I've always found it extremely helpful to talk to people and know there are others out there who can relate in some way.
