Short Story.

So for my english class we're going to have to write yet another short story and I'm completely out of ideas. I'm supposed to try and stay centred around one of three thesis statements, only one of which I can remember which is along the lines of ' love isn't easy '.

Can anyone toss out some story ideas for me, I can check the other two thesis choices tomorrow but I figured I'd see what I can get now. :)

I write a lot, but only idea is a romance that has them being in love but it's not something that is easy for them, they have a lot of problems, maybe with previous partners or even parents.
