So I sat up in bed last night...

... and managed to misalign my T-11 ribhead. (I think it's T11? Floating rib anyways...)

I can't breathe properly, and spent over an hour at my chiropractor's while he worked on it, trying to make my back stop spasming. My back hasn't stopped spazzing for the past 12 hours, I can't sleep, I can't breathe, and the one sneeze I've let out today nearly killed me.

The verdict? About a week of healing.

What did I do? I sat up from lying down.

Sorry to hear Allie! I hope you get better soon. It's sort of funny though, I mean who would have thought you could hurt yourself sleeping?!

Oh man, it's terribly funny when you're on the other end. I told my brother what happened, I said "I hurt my back by sitting up from lying down" and he stared at me for a few seconds before realizing that was the end of my story.
He still hasn't stopped chortling.
