Angry Spider Bite

Eww so out here in the middle of nowhere south dakota on " vacation" we have to sleep in the basement and this morning my sister wakes up with the right part of her up lip like SWOLLEN its pretty gross... the swelling went down but now i think its bigger and we are not positive but i think its a spider bite or something! ( a minor one) what could it be??? but i do know im scared to sleep down there tonight :p
