    Who are you going to sue? For what? Where is your evidence?

    If you file a lawsuit then you will have to PROVE you are not guilty. How in the world will you do that especially since your words here say that you will ride with the Bandit? Many states allow you to be convicted of a crime even if you participated only in a minor way (like driving). You've certainly been involved, and not exactly in a minor way.
