Pictures will come if I run into it again! The food and water is eaten every morning / evening, but I didn't see it again yesterday. I don't doubt it's the cat, though, I'm sure it's been around for a long time it's so skinny and was so used to our horses. The sad thing is that we had a BIG freeze (as big a freeze as the west coast of BC can have...) and the cat must've been out there through it, hopefully in the warm hay shed.

I'm hoping the SPCA will fix it for a reduced rate at least, and will hopefully be happy we're willing to hang onto it as they are super overrun. I'm at a horse show today, tomorrow and Sunday but dad is at home with strict directions to put food out morning and night. LOL they say it's not allowed in the house if it sticks around too much long hair, but we'll see how long that holds

Any suggestions for flea powder?

So sister ended up bringing him into the house. He's an unfixed male, so he couldn't stay unfortunately ): but he was wormed, given some good food, an 'all natural' flea dusting and had some wounds on his legs covered in some cat-safe goo. I'm going to get in contact with the local SPCA and see if they can cover some of his being fixed. Maybe some pictures tonight.

to Original Poster~ male cats can careful in the house. lol

My local humane society didn't have any low cost spay/neuter programs, but a local vet does give discounts for ferals as he's hooked in with some federal programs. So if your humane society doesn't...go to the vets and call around.

Did ya name the kitty?
