Stuck at Work!!!

So Im a technician for a medical company and my main job is to oversee that production is running smoothly and that all equipment is up and running. Im caught up on all my project work and me and another co-worker cleaned the entire office already (I think I work with pigs instead of people...lol). But Im stuck here for another 40 minutes with nothing to do

I came in at 4am and fixed a few machince issues right away and now everything is fine (which I shouldnt compain right???) but im BORED...lol. My Manager requires us to be here anytime production is running and all three of my floors are and the other tech that is here has his own floors (which are different then mine) so regardless if I have anything to do I have to be here. It is kinnda funny though because I can hear the other tech snoring a couple cubes down .

I would just go help production but im not signed off and the processes and the FDA doesnt really like that.

Sorry for my ramble but it took a few minutes to write!!! (you wouldnt think that 6 hours would take sooo long)

well you could use that time to schedule the horse showes you want to see
And plan on registering for . Or write a little stack of love notes to place around
Your house for your better half to find and read.

Or a list of honey do's LOL

Yes I did!!!!!

I had to pick my dad up from the airport after I got off from work (and explain to him how the car wash destroyed the antenna on his car...) and then we went back to my place and I cooked up a couple steaks. After he left it was around 3pm and I passed out on the couch. So I went yesterday early afternoon... windy, but it was still nice to get out. April has been a little jumpy lately and she handled herself pretty good for me. I got her face/bridle path and legs clipped but the ears are still a scary thing (I just want her to get used to the clippers better).

The rain was coming down pretty good when I looked outside last... glad I got a ride in!!!

Really off topic but....My mom and step-dad left their car with us last winter while they were in Florida. This being storm central in the spring, it got hail damaged I felt so bad I didn't have barn space to get it under cover in time. I wish it had been an antenna I had to apologize for.

My dad has a 1995 buick regal that he bought from an older couple a few years ago for $1500... it had been sitting in their garage for a few years covered in rugs and no scratches on it along with it having 40,000 miles on it. After buying it he had it tuned up and for around $1800 it was just an awsome deal.

Last winter my sister from TX was up and borrowed the car and managed to get the car in the ditch and dented the side... my dad just had the panel pulled out but the dent is still visible. So he asked me if I could drop him off at the airport and then pick him up to save him a parking fee (i only live 25 minutes from the airport)... I asked him if I could just drive the car around for the week and he said "As long as it comes back like I left it" and he laughed (basically from my sister's incident).

So that night I figured that I would give her a wash (he lives on gravel and the car was... well rather dirty) and since I don't have the hose and stuff out yet I took it to a auto wash. I didnt even think about the fact that the car had a power antenna on it and well it didnt fair well in the wash (cracked her right in half). I tried getting a new antenna before he flew back in but it wasnt possible. So ya he laughed about it but then was wondering if I was going to replace it because he likes listening to his AM stations and needs all the help he can get.

Im glad I didnt have hail though!!! (even though I've had my fair share of damaging my parents cars!!!! At least no one else was involved)

AM FM RADIO POWER ANTENNAS : JC Whitney: Auto Parts & Accessories

Hey AL this should fit your Dads car. The online chat guy said
This will fit his 95 Regal.

You can not replace just the broken part, you have to replace the whole
Thing.

I don't think the price is to bad.,

Thanks for doing the search!!! I had my fingers crossed that I could just change out the mast but it doesnt look like I can and going through buick was going to run me about $150... but I knew I could just use an aftermarket part you just also ask yourself what is the best to get?. The antenna is in the back and looks like it is really easy to get to, so next time I head up to his place I guess I will have a project for myself (or attempt to replace it). Thanks again!
