    A paralegal in training here.. Those laws sound very reasonable, and honestly I find it unlikely that they are 'new' laws to begin with.

    They are completely reasonable laws... but Moxie... they ARE new laws. This isn't the USA we're talking about. This is Serbia. They have NEVER had any law having to do with dogs before. Except for something like a "damage of property" or something. We've always cared for our dog. She's been off the leash many times before. And though she does run around and have fun, she's never run off or acted "out of control".

    I agree with each and every one of the new laws (except perhaps the muzzling one), but I wish that they would let people know instead of just having people suddenly get in trouble for not following them *sigh*.
