I think I'll be ordering something, Anyone have any suggestions for a hobby farm 'ranch' name?? I could use my last name, but eh, I don't wanna lol.

There is a veggie farm here that goes by the name of Happy Sheets Farm. I love that name, it always makes me giggle!

OO Those are really cool! I really like them! We call our place Easy Street Stables. It was a name kind of given to us because we can't ever kill anything..I have a pet steer that was a 4-H project...he just turned 8 July 2. And yeah..our animals are just WAY spoiled. I'll give it some thought though. let you know if I come up with anything

That is really neat. I want one! I like Cripple Creek Ranch... Broken wheel ranch... um.... uh.... well... uh... what kind of trees do you have? like pines? willows? oaks?

We always thought we would name our ranch "Rockin V" our last name starts with V

That was a really neat sign actually. There is a training facility near my place that has a globe made out of horse shoes. I will try to get a picture next time I go out there. It's really neat.

Lets see, our last name starts with K
We have two Willows (a third that fell on our house and split it in 2)
Our hobby farm will be small
We have a spring in the back 40
We have woods bordering our land
A lot of my husband's family's farm equipment is old and broken down lol
We have 'Rustic buildings'
We have lots of flowers, there is always something blooming from spring to fall here.
We have our own population of deer
Our farm is brimming with wildlife
The over all mentality of our farm is extremely laid back and friendly
My husband is OBSESSED with shooting (target shooting)
My son is fascinated with cow poop
Other than dogs and cats, we don't have any other domesticated animals on our farm (no farm animals)
We just put in our house about 18mos ago
We have a black lab and a yellow lab

Okay, if we cant find something to work in all of those details, there's something wrong. lol

I love you, I swear!!! Cow Patty Ranch is PERFECT... except, we have no cows.

At this point, we have 1 drive way. When we put in our house, and got our land separated from my husband's parents land, we weren't told that we would not be able to have a drive way of our own. We've been fighting the CO on that ever since.
